By ordering you agree to and are bound by the following terms:- Payment will only be accepted via PayPal. Please be aware of that before ordering.- I have the right to refuse a commission if I think it's unsuitable, too difficult or if I feel uncomfortable with it.- I do not give refunds unless for emergencies in regards to the client.- I will not begin your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made. Orders with payments not sent within 48hs will be canceled.- Feel free to request updates on your commission, but please keep it to a minimum.- I open slots monthly, which means I'll do my best to deliver your commission within said month. But keep in mind your commission may be first or may be last, so be prepared to wait up to 30 days for your piece to be ready.Process:- I'll send you an invoice via PayPal, you have 48hs to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed I’ll start your commission.- Please avoid unclear or blurry references, ensure your references are of a good quality before ordering.- When I have a preview ready, I’ll send you for approval. If approved I’ll proceed to complete it, if not I’ll work on the requested edits, after lineart stage edits are not doable, so please pay attention.- Any changes requested after the sketch has been approved will be charged a 10% fee per change.- When the work is finished you’ll receive the high-resolution file of it.Usage Rights:- You may use your commission for any personal uses, but you may NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes, this needs to be negotiated.- You may repost the artwork you have ordered with proper credit and a link back to my DA page or IG/Twitter depending on where you're posting.- You are not allowed to alter the image in any way or remove any watermarks.- You are not allowed to take credit for the drawing in any way or retrace it.- I do not work with NFT, all of my art is not available for it. Commissioned art done by me can't and won't be NFT'd. Any person that tries to create or generate NFTs out of my art will be banned/blocked.- I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use it in any way I see fit.
